In a production basis of Low Voltage Switchboards, I&K Engineering has a quality control department which performs the following routine tests:
- Wiring and control auxiliary circuits’ test
- Dielectric insulation test
- Test of the protection and continuity of the grounding circuit
- Visual check of the cabinets and the wiring
These comprehensive tests are completed by qualified staff on each switchboard, and are available to our customers on request. Customer representatives are also welcome to inspect their manufactured switchboards prior to dispatch, in order to ensure that they cover customer's needs. Testing at I & K Engineering is detailed and thorough because we know that switchboards is a vital part of an installation in which no one pays attention unless something goes wrong.
