Under the supervision of qualified engineers, and using special monitoring software, we accomplish supervision of the work in real time and immediate technical intervention if required. Thus we achieve uninterrupted operation of our photovoltaic facilities 365 days a year with the highest efficiencies.

Armed with our long and extensive experience in the field of electrical installations we provide for pv installers of large and smaller scale pv parks, complete maintenance and technical support on a daily basis, 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.

The maintenance performed by the company may include the following tasks:

 

1. PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULES

  • Visual inspection of the frames for crystal damage, color change of the cells or damage on the rear surface.
  • Module thermography with the appropriate equipment to detect damage not visible to the naked eye
  • Sampling of clamps – repair or replacement.
  • Visual inspection of the junction box and the external electrical connections for signs of oxidation, relaxation etc.
  • Visual inspection of the wiring for signs of damage.
  • Connections check of the PV modules.

2. IΝVERTERS

  • Inspection for damage or malfunction.
  • Function tests according to the maintenance instructions of the supplier.
  • Telemetry operation check.

 

3. OTHER ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

  • Visual inspection of the DC / AC switchboards for external damage.
  •  Inspection of electrical connections
  • Examination of the circuit breakers and their operation in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Check of the fuses and the overvoltage protection devices.
        Operation check of the voltage monitoring relay.
  • Check of the main AC switch for network errors
  • Visual inspection of the terminals in the various AC and DC switchboards power- tightening of connections if necessary.
    Connections check
  • Support system check (stability, rust, corrosion, etc.).
  • Grounding check, grounding resistance measurement
  • External pipes check for damage.

With the completion of these checks and measurements, a technical report with the results, measurements and observations if any, is filled and signed by the responsible electrical engineer and is sent to the customer .
